【摘 要】：目的：就分期颈动脉内膜剥脱与支架治疗双侧颈动脉狭窄的临床疗效进行研究、分析。方法：本次入选人员均选自2017年12月至2019年12月我院收治的双侧颈动脉狭窄患者，分别给予行分期颈动脉内膜剥脱和支架治疗。结果：患者接受不同治疗后，经为期1年的随访发现，出现主要及次要不良事件的发生几率差异不明显，不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在双侧颈动脉狭窄的治疗中，分期颈动脉内膜剥脱和支架治疗均发挥着明显的作用，但想要进一步降低治疗风险，提高治疗效果，临床就需根据患者的实际情况给予个性化治疗。
